Wolf Group unites all the production units and sales branches of Krimelte, a leading European manufacturer of construction chemistry products and systems, including Olivé Química. Products are marketed mainly under the Penosil and Olivé brands, but also under private labels by many world-known brands.
Penosil product portfolio consists of construction foams, adhesives, sealants, cleaning products, tools, construction chemicals, and building materials for both, professionals and home users.
With over 40 years of experience on the market, the Spain-based Olivé Química is at the forefront of sealant and adhesive development and production. The company’s product range is extensive and includes, among others, silicones, acrylics, hybrids polyurethane products, adhesives and a wide selection of various tools. Olivé Química’s flagman brand is Olivé.

The production units and the respective sales branches of Wolf Group are located in Estonia, Spain, Russia, France and Brazil. Separately, sales branches are situated in the Baltic States, Ukraine, Romania, Spain, France, Portugal and the United Kingdom.
The Group’s export network extends from the United States to New Zealand, from Norway to South Africa, and from Brazil to Japan, by covering more than 80 countries.
Krimelte is a leading internationally reputable developer and manufacturer of insulating polyurethane foams, joint sealants, adhesives, self-expanding tapes, surface treatments, as well as concrete additives. Krimelte was founded in 1994 and serves as the head office of Wolf Group, which unites all its products, brands, manufacturing and sales enterprises in Estonia and abroad.
Krimelte OOO was founded in 2005 and is situated near the capital of Russia. Due to the expert service and product quality stability, the company has become one of the leading producers of polyurethane foam on the vast Russian market.
Olivé Química in Spain has specialized in the development and manufacturing of silicones and sealants since 1974 and provides solution to sectors like architecture, construction, industry and DIY. Its fine-tuned products and systems meet the most demanding requirements in forefront architectural and engineering projects, covering all the technical requirements and needs.
Based in Tallinn, Krimelte Tempsi is a well-known producer of durable and energy efficient facade solutions, which manufactures wide range of cement-bonded particle facade panels and element houses. The surface of the facade panels is made of diverse materials with different colours and structures.
Olivé Química production unit in Lille has specialized in the production of silicones, sealants and tapes. The commitment of this smallest production unit of Wolf Group allows it to cover the needs of the local market.
